Faithful Five gathers for worship every day of the week, and carries two active ministries: a homeless outreach in Spokane and a school for grades 1–12 in Post Falls. Different faces, different rhythms, same calling.
Worship.
Faithful Five gathers for worship every day of the week. Morning chapel runs through the school week; Friday through Sunday the church gathers in Spokane. Everything else we do grows out of these gatherings.

| Friday | 12:00–1:00 p.m. | Noon Prayer |

| Friday | 5:00–8:00 p.m. | Evening Service — our principal weekly gathering |
| Saturday | 12:00–3:00 p.m. | Evangelism, mission and outreach |
| Sunday | — | Joint worship service with other congregations |

Jesus People Coffee House.
Every week, our team gathers in downtown Spokane with about a hundred people: runaways, the homeless, the addicted, the forgotten. There is worship. There is food. There are clothes for whoever needs them. There is prayer for whoever will receive it.
Through the week, teams go out in street evangelism across the city. We bring people to rehabilitation centers. Many who come through have gone on to finish rehab, regain employment, find housing, and renew their faith. Helping the homeless has been a red thread through this work since Dan co-founded Trail Youth in Issaquah, Washington, a ministry later featured on Mike Rowe's Returning the Favor.
Wherever we have lived, we have started by serving the poor. Issaquah. Seattle. Tacoma. Spokane. The Coffee House is the oldest living expression of this work, and it is still the heartbeat of it.

On March 15, 2026, a fire destroyed classrooms at the school's former location. Within two weeks, classes had resumed at a new location. Rebuilding continues. If you would like to help underwrite the recovery, there is a place for your gift.
Who we work with.
One licensing arrangement makes the school possible, and it is recorded on file.
River Tech LLC
Holds the River Tech brand and the school model, and licenses them to Faithful Five for use at the school. An Idaho LLC formed by Dan and Marija Hegelund, the concept's originators.
Every ministry runs on people and gifts.
The Coffee House needs volunteers. The school needs donors. If any of this is speaking to you, here is where to start.
